{Meal Planning: Trying new Healthy Recipes

Happy Oscar Night! 

I'm currently drooling over all of the stunning dresses and planning out some healthy meals for this week! 

Here's what we've got planned! 

Monday: These but in maniotti form {because I already have manicotti shells} with all low/reduced fat ingredients.
Wednesday: Ham and Pineapple Kabobs with Basmati Rice
Thursday: Left Overs
Friday: Date Night...somewhere fun hopefully :) 
Saturday: Going to a fund raiser so we'll eat there! 
Sunday: Something in the fridge or out to eat :) 

We were busy this weekend finishing up some projects, so I have lots to share this week!! 


  1. I love that chili recipe! Also, last week I made those ham and pineapple kabobs! They were simple and easy, but so delicious. It made me feel like it was summer.

    1. I haven't tried either of them so I'm excited! I just wish it was warm enough to actually go out and grill those puppies! The George Foreman will have to do :)
