{Ireland Recap: Blarkey and Kinsale}

{In an effort to get through our Ireland banaza, I'm doing two this week...enjoy!}

So far you've experienced Dublin, and Kikenny through our eyes...and now it's time for probably the most famous Ireland thing to do...

Kissing the Blarney Stone.

We kissed...then disinfected...and I'm still just as chatty as I was before...I guess it worked?

I had no clue of the tradition of the Blarney Stone. I figured that it gave you luck...or fortune. But no...you will be able to talk more? Not as cool as luck...but oh well!

Anyhoo...it was the most gorgeous day! I mean this picture looks fake, right?

The line is usually super long, but we waited 30 minutes...and you get to walk through the castle and walk into the different rooms. We loved it!

Tired Lelia...

Oh yeah...you have to walk up a super steep stair case to the top of the castle...forgot to mention that. Like I don't think large people could get up this stair case. Luckily we fit!

Tried to get a cool picture of Andi and Braedon...and it focused on the rail. Oops.

At the top!

Kiss kiss...it's actually quite terrifying...and gross.

Who doesn't have a poison garden?

Easily my favorite family picture of the trip! Coolest tree ever!

Oh yeah..and we bought a new house while we were there...introducing Wendel Manor :)

A few hours later, we were back in the car and headed to Kinsale, a fishing village at the bottom tip of Ireland.

Our hotel was overlooking the water and all the gorgeous sail boats. Loved it!

After a quick 20 minute "freshen up", we headed to dinner at Fishy Fishy a world renowned restaurant...it was obviously delicious!

Then we walked around the cute little village, everything was closed, but we got to see the city and map out our morning shopping :)

If you can't tell, we were super busy this day! We had tons of fun and once again, we fell into bed at night excited for the next day ahead!
