It may not seem like it, but I learned this one the hard way. I used to do it, and then I stopped. He noticed and said something about it. I had no idea it affected him like that!<br /><br />One thing I've learned is to be your spouse's biggest cheerleader. You are the one person they need to count on all of the time. And even if their ideas don't seem plausible, encourage them anyways. Sometimes they need to figure it out on their own. Praise them when it works, and encourage them if it doesn't.
